Dirt bike graphics are a strange prompting problem. You're not asking for one picture. A kit covers two shrouds, two side panels, a rear fender and three number plates, and it has to look like one design when it's wrapped around curved plastic. A prompt like "aggressive red and black graphics" leaves all of that to the model, and the result usually looks good flat and wrong on a bike.

I've written a lot of these for a tool I work on, and the ones that come out usable all follow the same structure. Here it is, followed by 12 prompts you can copy and adjust.

 The structure that works

Every prompt here answers five things, in this order:

The theme, as one idea in one sentence.

The base color, which covers most of the plastics.

The accent color, used for stripes, outlines and the theme graphic.

Where the big graphic goes. That's almost always the shrouds, since they're the largest flat-ish area.

The plates: background and number color, picked for contrast.

If you skip the base color, models tend to split the bike 50/50 between your two colors and it looks busy. If you skip the plates, you get numbers that disappear at speed.

 12 prompts

 1. Pacific wave

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: a single large breaking wave on each shroud, Japanese woodblock style. Base: white. Accent: deep navy and teal. Side panels: thin wave lines continuing from the shrouds. Plates: white background, navy numbers.

 2. Old Glory

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: a weathered American flag, stars on the front of each shroud, stripes sweeping back toward the side panels. Base: dark grey. Accent: faded red and off-white. Plates: black background, white numbers.

 3. Sugar skull

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: a sugar skull on each shroud with marigold details. Base: black. Accent: orange, magenta and gold. Rear fender: small marigold pattern. Plates: white background, black numbers.

 4. Hunting camo

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: woodland hunting camo covering all panels, with a blaze orange stripe along the bottom of the shrouds. Base: camo in olive, brown and tan. Accent: blaze orange. Plates: blaze orange background, black numbers.

 5. Retro 80s factory

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: 1980s factory race team, bold diagonal stripes across the shrouds, blocky lettering on the side panels. Base: white. Accent: red, yellow and blue stripes. Plates: yellow background, black numbers.

 6. Reaper

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: a hooded reaper with a scythe on each shroud, smoke trailing back over the side panels. Base: matte black. Accent: grey smoke with acid green eyes. Plates: black background, acid green numbers.

 7. Eagle

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: an eagle with spread wings, one wing on each shroud so the bird reads as a whole from the front. Base: white. Accent: brown and gold with black outlines. Plates: white background, black numbers.

 8. Carbon and neon

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: carbon fiber texture on all panels with sharp neon slashes. Base: carbon fiber black. Accent: neon yellow. Plates: neon yellow background, black numbers.

 9. Monster claws

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: claw marks tearing through the shrouds, revealing a darker layer underneath. Base: lime green. Accent: black claw marks with grey shading. Plates: black background, lime green numbers.

 10. Desert enduro

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: desert sunset with mountain silhouettes along the bottom of the shrouds and side panels. Base: sand. Accent: burnt orange and deep purple. Plates: sand background, purple numbers.

 11. Minimal stripe

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: clean and minimal, one thick stripe running from the front of the shrouds to the rear fender. Base: the bike's stock color. Accent: black stripe with a thin white pinstripe. Plates: white background, black numbers.

 12. Lightning

Dirt bike graphics kit. Theme: lightning bolts striking down across the shrouds, with a storm cloud texture behind them. Base: dark blue. Accent: electric white and pale blue. Plates: white background, dark blue numbers.

 Adjusting them

The easiest change is swapping colors while keeping the job of each color. "Base: white, accent: navy" becomes "base: black, accent: red" and the layout still holds.

The second easiest is changing where the big graphic sits. Some riders want the shrouds clean and the theme on the side panels instead. Say that outright, because otherwise most models default to the shrouds.

Two things tend to fail: stacking two themes in one prompt ("skulls and camo and flames"), or asking for detailed scenes with small figures. On a curved panel, the small stuff turns into noise.

 Where I use them

I write these for an AI dirt bike graphics designer I help build, which lays the design out on your own bike model, mirrors it so both sides match, and puts your number on the plates. Nothing in the structure is specific to it, though. If you're briefing a human designer, the same five lines make a decent first message.

If you've got a theme that keeps coming out wrong, post it in the comments and I'll try rewriting it.
