People paste a selfie into a chat model and ask “do I look good?” Two failure modes show up fast: the model flatters, or it starts ranking a person. Neither helps you take a better next picture.

The useful unit is the photograph. Lighting, framing, expression, and what is in this frame. Same person, different photo, different result. Put that in the prompt before the image, or the model will invent a beauty contest.

Refuse if: more than one person is clearly in frame, the face is unusable (heavy blur, extreme crop), or the subject may be under 18.

Do not estimate age, gender, ethnicity, health, attractiveness, or a person's worth.
Do not recommend surgery, medication, or weight change.
Do not invent EXIF, location, or identity.

Score only the presentation of this photo, 0–100.
Then write four short notes: expression, lighting, framing, styling and setting.
List three things already working in this frame.
List three reversible changes for the next shot (pose, light, crop, clothes, background).
State that a different photo of the same person can score differently.

Attach one clear portrait. Ask for a retake plan, not a verdict on the person.
