People paste a selfie into a chat model and ask “do I look good?” Two failure modes show up fast: the model flatters, or it starts ranking a person. Neither helps you take a better next picture.

The useful unit is the photograph. Lighting, framing, expression, and what is in this frame. Same person, different photo, different result. Put that in the prompt before the image, or the model will invent a beauty contest.

## What I skip on purpose

- “Rate my attractiveness / am I prettier than average”
- Group shots and photos of other people
- Anything that sounds like a medical or cosmetic-procedure consult
