Hi everyone,
I’ve been using tools like SickLeaveEmail.help to manage absence notifications, and really appreciate the focus on privacy and professional tone.
While building internal workflows for a global team, I noticed a gap: many of us need to notify managers in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, German, Japanese) or auto-sync with HR systems like BambooHR or Google Calendar — but most free generators only support English and manual copy-paste.
So I built a minimal, open-source-friendly tool called [Your Site Name] that:
Generates culturally appropriate sick emails in 10+ languages
Offers one-click calendar blocking (optional)
Never stores user data (client-side only, like this site!)
Supports team handover templates (e.g., “I’ve briefed Alex on the Q3 report”)
It’s completely free, no signup required:
I’m sharing it here not to compete, but because some of you might face similar cross-border or automation needs. Happy to hear feedback or collaborate if there’s overlap!
